Inventory and Check-in Service

Where and what properties do we cover?
Firstly, please remember that these are the prices to book an inventory within a 10 mile radius of Bath matching one of the descriptions.  Please contact us for a quote if your property does not fit any of the descriptions or is outside our normal working area.  Prices start at £89.99 for a standard home with up to three white goods in situ.  Other furnishings are not included. 

The standard home is described as:
Hallway and stairs, Living room, Kitchen, Down stairs toilet
Family bathroom, Master Bedroom, Bedroom 2,Garage.
Up to 3 white goods supplied 

What is the process?
  • Carefully select the size of your property below using the 'Buy Now' button
  • After which you will be redirected to complete some details about you, your property and timings
  • We will contact you to confirm arrangements to complete the inventory
  • The inventory will then be carried out at the agreed time
  • We will then either send you the inventory or arrange to meet the tenant to go through and sign the inventory
  • You will also be sent a copy of the inventory

What will the inventory include?
The inventory is not a 'one template fits all' inventory, it is built to meet your property.  The key areas the inventory service will cover include:

  • Inventory created at least 24 hours in advance of tenant moving in
  • 1 hour meeting with tenant to talk through inventory  and sign (If required)
  • Every room covered with a maximum of 4 photographs
  •  Video tour that catalogues general state of each room
  • Extensive condition list of each rooms specific fixtures and fittings
  • Reduced price check-out service

Definition of extra rooms includes: more than one bathroom, toilets and ensuites, bedrooms or any other room outside of the described standard room above.
